How it works:

• RPO services are structured around the Process-Based Recruiting approach described above. However, clients work directly with our RPO Client Services Managers as a single point of contact.
• Recruiting for specific skill sets is given to recruiters with expertise in the respective technologies.
• Through our powerful applicant tracking system (ATS) clients are provided direct access to candidate information entered for their forecasted or current requirements.
• All candidate information is entered into our customized applicant tracking system, which can even be directly accessed by client.
• Clients may gain special access to Maxonic’s custom Applicant Tracking System.
• Maxonic closely tracks all recruiters with a variety of metrics and reports to ensure that the recruiting process is successful.

Our Commitment

• Recruiter spends 100% of time recruiting
• All work performed by recruiter is 100% visible to client
• We provide all infrastructure, all basic recruiter training (everything except specific client training)
• We provide management and supervision

Client Commitment

• Recruiter becomes part of client “team”, a true employee that works offsite
• Client provides direction (what to work on)
• Client provides any company or end-client specific training
