Staffing Services

Contract Staffing:

• Maxonic provides consultants that work on an hourly, weekly or monthly basis for short term assignments (one to twenty-four months).

Contract-to-Hire Staffing:

• Consultants begin working as contractors, then at the client’s option convert to full time/permanent employees.

Permanent Placement Services:

• Maxonic qualifies and presents candidates full time/permanent positions. Maxonic charges a one-time fee that is based on a percentage of the successful candidate’s base salary.
