The client planned to dramatically expand its India development facility and needed 70 additional permanent and contract software engineers. The client wished to have a company familiar with the India market but with a solid understanding of expectations of a US parent.

Maxonic created a dedicated team that created a pipeline of more than 300 candidates over a six month period. The candidates were pre-qualified in a process that included extensive testing and interview. Each fortnight, fifteen to twenty ‘finalist’ candidates were gathered at Maxonic Consulting headquarters and interviewed by the client. Offers to selected candidates were made on the spot.
As a result of Maxonic’s service, the client has exceed its hiring targets and has been able to accelerate the expansion of its operations.
