Jobs: Human Resources Recruiter
Work closely with clients to understand recruitment needs; develop search strategy to identify appropriate IT talent; interview, screen, and test candidates to ensure accurate representation of technical skills before presenting them to clients for consideration; select and recommend appropriate candidates who meet client requirements; coordinate phone/in-person interviews as required by clients; conduct extensive networking to identify pool of qualified talents and to develop relationships; format candidate/employee resumes; assist in developing IT training programs to enhance technical skills of consultants/employees; coordinate and execute human resource activities.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related or equivalent education and experience.
Skills: Knowledge of web-based IT technologies to be able to communicate with clients independently and to evaluate candidate suitability
