Qualifications:
- Prefer a minimum of 4 years technical staffing experience. Sales or Account Management experience is a must.
- Must have a proven track record of lead generation, opening new accounts, and management of ongoing client relationships.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with client managers and senior executives.
- Passion for Technology and Solutions
- Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Senior QA Engineer
- Gather requirements from business users and application developers;
- Define project scope, test strategies, and test methodology; develop test plans for performance testing;
- Write and enhance performance scripts to test web-based and Siebel Customer Relationship Management applications;
- Prepare test cases; execute performance tests; analyze test results to determine load/stress;
- Identify areas affecting performance; monitor application servers while executing Load test;
- Provide direction and technical guidance to test members onsite and offshore.
- Requirements - Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field of study and three years of testing experience, or Bachelor's degree and five years of progressive experience.
- Three years of experience in performance testing using Load Runner. Load Runner Vugen, C/Visual Basic, J2EE, Siebel CRM, Siebel-Web protocol, HTML/XML, Oracle 11i, and Unix. Work in various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
